MudHoney Glam Girl Photobles

MudHoney is coming out with this really cool and helpful photoble for bloggers, photographers and anyone who likes to take pictures can use. I don't have enough prims or time on my hands to either always change up my home to take various pictures or cruise around the grid looking for that perfect spot.

Sooooo...problem solved. I now have this photoble that I can drop down in a nice quiet sandbox, rez it and the whole room is instantly set up for me to take pictures using the Rez-Faux system.

You have 11 beautiful texture choices for the walls; however, I'm only showing four below so that this post is not too picture heavy.

The chair comes with 10 menu driven poses and there are a variety of leaning, laying and sitting poses to choose from. I took some pictures of my new Pixel Mode Danielle pink knee length boots in it.

Since it is breast cancer awareness month, Picnik put this cool pink tint and banner to add to photos.

Craving Cake!

I didn't realize Cake came out with new hair until I started seeing it in a few fashion posts. I wasn't even sure if it was new or not but I headed over there to check it out and Woo Hoo! New hair at Cake! Three new styles are out but I only picked this one up due to a low Linden balance of too much shopping over the weekend. The one I picked is the Dakota style in Chestnut. IMHO Cake has the best wavy and curly textures out there. The textures look silky and if you could touch it, you could feel how soft it would be in your fingers.

Club Mutation

Well, In addition to shopping in SL, I have been hitting up various clubs. The other night in plurk, Faedra Allen, mentioned she was djing at Club Mutation so I thought I would check it out.

So I went and and met some very cool people there. I met Dinalya Dawes, Harpfairy Kas, Faedra Allen, Kerra Nightfire, Squeak Tomsen and Ylva Korhonen.

Hooters and Shooters Club

You all probably know Elle Kirshner who is the creator behind Second Spaces Furniture Store and Pulling Strings Animations and also maintains the Second Spaces furniture blog but did you know she also owns a club called Hooters and Shooters (H&S Club).

Well she does and they have events all throughout the week from 4pm to 8pm with prizes. This Saturday (9/26) they will be celebrating their three years in SL with DJ Laryn from 4pm to 6pm and DJ Dapto from 6pm to 8pm.

The Red Queen Fighting Spirit!

I love, love, love Red Queen's stuff! I think this store has some unique, beautiful, sexy and just plain bad ass hair, skin, clothing and AOs and there is nothing else like it on the grid. I was really excited when I was scrolling through xstreet and saw that she was listing some of her hair randomly on the site for a limited time for $50 to $99L. I snatched up everything that I could and I am hoping that she will be listing skins and clothes on there at a discounted rate eventually too..hint, hint.

I thought this place was awesome for pictures because I imagined my avatar there defending her home or people or temple from intruders. Of course, she kicked ass and saved the day!

.hc&co Clothing

I don't usually do review type of posts because I just don't have the readership for it and it's a lot of hard work! It may look easy folks but it's not! Trying to get the right shot and animations to do the clothes justice, etc. can be time consuming and I don't have the best picture taking skills.

Anyway, on to the important stuff .....the clothes. I met Heather Connolly at a club one night and learned that she had a little clothing, shoe and skin store. The store is called .hc&co and she has some really cute things that are very reasonably priced.

The first item that I purchased there were these great pair of jeans. I know, I know everyone has jeans and if you are like me you need another pair of jeans like you need another hole in the head! What I found unique about these jeans and why I purchased them was because they had a little red bird logo on the back pocket. Heather's thing is birds and you will see them decorating her shop. The jeans are only $100L and you can purchase them in ripped or non ripped in a variety of colors.

Look at that butt! You could bounce a quarter off of it and I don't even exercise in SL. Why can't it be the same in RL?

.hc&co has a midnight mania board that only takes 50 slaps and a lucky board. I was fortunate enough to have my initial show up and win this cute teal floral dress. If you can't wait for the lucky board, then just pick up the dress in this or other colors for $150L.


Last but not least and my favorite thing of all in the shop is the Dotty top in Violette because purple is my favorite color. I even had someone ask me in another store where I got this top at. This top is in her Midnight Mania board but in pink...did I mention it only takes 50 slaps to win the top!

Panda Sex--The Horror, The Horror!

I don't wander around the Envision island that I live on very much. I pretty much stay on my pose stand admiring the skins I just purchased or working on inventory.

However, one day I decided to put on my Panda PJs that I got at a hunt and wander the island. I like pandas..I mean who doesn't? They are so cute and adorable I could just give them a big hug if I ran into one!

Sooooo imagine my horror when I visited Quaintly's garden and saw her pandas having oral sex on her lawn!

I was shocked beyond belief!

The dirty deed!

I thought I was going to vomit!

Then I pounded the ground and cried out "Why Quaintly, why...would you do this to me! I will never look at Pandas the same again!"

Finally, I got the strength to get the hell out of there and spent the rest of the day on my balcony clutching my pillow as I tried to clear the images from my mind!
